RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Any subsequent returns from the same order may incur additional shipping costs.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If a Turquoise Tango Dance Shoes customer wants to cancel their order, an e-mail should be sent to info@turquoise.me on the same business day as the purchase date, with description of the reason for the return.

What if I am not happy with my TURQUOISE ?

Customer satisfaction is a priority for Turquoise. If a Turquoise Owner is not happy with their product due to a manufacturing error, they have to contact info@turquoise.me to get in touch with one of our representatives

Returns

Turquoise Tango Dance Shoes are carefully prepared for shipping at the store. Turquoise Customers are really important to us,we make sure that the shoes are packaged properly with full attention to their safety in transit.

TURQUOISE will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn or have their sole protection removed.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning shoes to Turquoise Shoes (Istanbul)

TURQUOISE applies and believes in The Consumer Protection Law, the return of the shoes in unworn conditions will be accepted within 7 business days from their delivery and with an email sent by the Turquoise customer to info@turquoise.me describing the reason for the return.

The shoes should be sent to our headquarters in Istanbul with the receipt and the exact packaging in which they arrived (Defterdar Yokusu 22/A Cihangir Istanbul)

Please be aware that shoes must be returned with their original designer packaging. Shoes returned without their original boxes will not be accepted.

After receiving the shoes, our production department will examine the pair and if there is no damage and the pair is still good for reselling, we will accept the return and give Turquoise Customer their refund.

If Turquoise Owner won't send a brief description of the return and if it is nor declared within 7 business days, the refund will not be accepted.

Upon receipt of an order, if any item has been received with no tags, customer should notify us at info@turquoise.me on the same day if they wish to make a return.
We strongly advise all customers to check products thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached tags and before disposing of any original packaging.

What if I would like to change my order?

Please be aware that we are unable to exchange an item for an alternative color or style, subject to availability. We are only able to exchange an item for an alternative size

When I can get a refund?

Payments received through Credit Cards, will be returned to the bank in 3 business days. Customers should contact their banks in order to see when the refunds will be posted in their accounts...

What should I do if my order is damaged?

Customers should not accept the damaged packages from the couriers, and contact TURQUOISE SHOES directly at info@turquoise.me with an attached written declaration of the courier company . Turquoise will be in charge of the shipping costs

What Happens if the shoes are faulty ?

Turquoise is responsible for faulty items and customers should directly contact Turquoise at info@turquoise.me . Our representatives will contact you immediately

SHIPPING TIMES

All purchases are shipped via local postal services, unless otherwise advised specifically by the customer. To estimate the total delivery time for your purchase, please allow up to two business days to process your order for shipment, in addition to the time indicated by your preferred shipping method (i.e. next day, two day, ground).
Orders are processed and delivered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Turquoise cannot be responsible for unanticipated delays.
Domestic orders will be delivered in 3 days
